Specialty Programs

You all know that all you need to achieve fitness is class. But sometimes you may have an additional goal that you may want to have some increased focus on. That is what these programs are for.

This summers line up:

  • Lumberjacked. A program designed to build stregnth using the conjugate method.

  • Yoga. The Yin to our CrossFit Yang.

  • Run Club. This program teaches effective running technique and includes drills to help you PR whatever your running goal may be.

  • Get your First Pull Up. Drills to build strength and technique to do exactly what is in the title.

  • Mobility. A series designed to go over all tenants of self care so you can take care of yourself like a professional.

  • Mom & Baby. Designed for new moms to connect and move with a like-minded community.

  • Core series. If Pilates and CrossFit had a baby. Based on the principles of Pilates, athletes will discover the muscles of their core better and learn to apply them in functional movements.
