Kids Ages 7-10

CrossFit Kids is back! Our one hour kids classes emphasizes physical development through games and age appropriate “workouts”. The primary goal of this program is to develop a positive association with physical activity and movement. Most importantly, we are about fun - think about the gym class you wish you had growing up!

Coach Amanda is serious about safety and fun. Kids classes take place July 4th - August 22nd Fridays at 9:30am. Classes take place outside while parents workout inside. There may be some family workouts as well.

Minimum six participants required to run.

Teens

Teenagers are welcome to join our CrossFit classes if they have a background in CrossFit or sport. We ask that before signing up your teenager for a membership that you touch base with us so we can make sure we will be the best fit. All teen athletes will be scaled according to their age.
