Foundations

We understand CrossFit can seem a little intimidating, but we promise it is accessible to everyone. We want to help you feel as comfortable as possible when joining our class. In these discounted personal coaching sessions, we will break down the foundations of CrossFit to get you more confident in group classes. Foundation sessions may be shared with a small group of friends. A commitment of a one-month membership is required once you have completed your foundations session(s).
